Shoreham Power Station
A Pair of Swans glide through the calm water at Shoreham harbour near the power station.The water here is clear and shallow, ideal for Swans to graze on the weed.

I am not sure it is very nice for swans. A petrol film on the surface and often there is a smell of diesel as well. The swans are usually there though. Quite a few birds visit the harbour, There was in oiled Guillemot in the entrance (outside the lock gates) recently.
It was probably oiled out at sea.
